Tim Veysey-Smith – Sports Podiatrist

Tim Veysey-Smith qualified as a Podiatrist in 1997 and has run successful private clinics in Surrey, South London and Kent. He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and has Post Graduate Diplomas in Biomechanics, Joint Mobilisations and Nail Surgery.

In 2009 he completed a Masters Degree in Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation at the University of Kent and has a particular interest in the diagnosis and treatment of running injuries. He works with athletes at a number of running events, including the London Marathon and more locally the Paddock Wood Half Marathon.

A keen runner himself, he is a member of Paddock Wood Athletics club and competes in a number of local running events each year.

Tim specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the lower limb. He is able to give advice and treatment on a number of sports related issues such as footwear, orthoses, injury prevention and rehabilitation back to sport following injury.

Tim is clinical director of both Active Podiatry clinics and Kent Nail Surgery, both of which are based at The Tonbridge Clinic and are listed as Accredited Practices with the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.
