I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2003 at the University of East London.  I am registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC).  Since qualifying, I have worked with Children and Adolescents in a range of physical health and mental health settings within the NHS.   

I am experienced in providing psychological assessment, formulation and intervention within a range of psychological / therapeutic models.  These include systemic and narrative approaches, solution focused therapy, motivational approaches, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).  I have experience working with a wide range of mental health and physical health “problems” including: low mood and depression, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, eating disorders, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, medically unexplained symptoms.
